Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods such as flowers, food, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; refunds may take time to post.
- Contact your bank as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges:

- Send your item to: East London.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: East London.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund will have the return shipping costs deducted.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
