If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.<\/li>\n<li>It must be in the original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non-returnable items include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perishable goods such as flowers, food, newspapers, or magazines.<\/li>\n<li>Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. <strong>Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Partial refunds may be granted for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Books with obvious signs of use.<\/li>\n<li>Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.<\/li>\n<li>Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><br \/>If you haven\u2019t received your refund:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Check your bank account.<\/li>\n<li>Contact your credit card company; refunds may take time to post.<\/li>\n<li>Contact your bank as processing times can vary.<\/li>\n<li>If you still haven\u2019t received your refund, contact us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:nicholasnick100@yahoo.com\" rel=\"noopener\">nicholasnick100@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Sale Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.<\/li>\n<li>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To return your product, mail it to: <strong>East London<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund will have the return shipping costs deducted.<\/li>\n<li>For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
